Photo Access Policy – NY Heaven

All photo packages include a free gift of 1-year access to share and download your photos.

For events prior to August 2024, a subscription is required:

• $25 one-time setup

• $5 for the first month of access (sharing and downloading)

• $5 per additional month (cancel anytime)

A new access link will be sent shortly after setup.
If you do not receive your new link and password within 24 hours, please call or text 718-785-7537.

All storage fees paid will be credited toward your next event as a thank-you for choosing NY Heaven.

Note: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
